VICTIM: Louie Blackwood.
Louie Blackwood, 21, of New Road, Dartford, died after his car ploughed into a wall in Billericay, Essex, last month.
Mr Blackwood was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at around 12.50am. His 21-year-old girlfriend, who was also in the white BMW Mini Cooper was seriously injured but survived
